Covid-19 information

This page gives updated information on the italian regulations regarding the covid-19 pandemic.
According to the current Italian regulation, in-person attendance for non-vaccinated participants of any nationality is not allowed.
Valid documents (Green Certificate) for in person attendance are:

1- Vaccination certificate with Comirnaty by Pfizer BioNtech, Spikevax by Moderna, Vaxzevria by AstraZeneca, and Janssen by Johnson & Johnson;
or
2- A certificate of recovery from Covid-19, no longer than 6 months old, issued by an EU member state.

The requirements for travelling in Italy are detailed on the covid-19 travellers page of the Italian Ministry of Health.

The Organizing Committee will provide assistance to participants for:
-Reservation of Covid-19 PCR tests needed for travellers (some national and international flights require a PCR test prior to boarding)
-Assistance will be provided to participants in the unfortunate case of symptoms of COVID-19 or positive COVID-19 test during the conference (including hotel re-booking, medical assistance, PCR tests and quarantine related problems).
